What if Brent Glass, M.Ed., LPC-S is not on my plan?

Some insurance plans provide benefits for out-of-network providers. Even though your health insurance plan may cover some portion of the cost, you may still be responsible for any co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible amounts, as well as any remaining balance of the fee not paid by your health insurance plan.

For out-of-network services, the full payment of session fees are due at the time of your appointment. You will be given an invoice to submit to your insurance company which will include any information that your insurance company will require for you to receive reimbursement of the covered portions of your visit.

Do I have to use my insurance?

No, many people who have insurance with a behavioral health benefit still prefer to pay out of pocket due to concerns about their privacy.

While state and federal laws protect the privacy and confidentiality of your diagnosis and treatment, your information is nonetheless shared and used for treatment, payment, and health care operations purposes. Please refer to the Notice of Privacy Practices for more information on how your information may be used.
